  • I share with you how to apply mindfulness in all areas of your life for ultimate ease, clarity, creativity, and connection. I work with a system called Unified Mindfulness, which is a science-backed, secular mindfulness system designed by Shinzen Young that is designed to train your attention and cultivate deeper levels of happiness and clarity in all areas of one’s life.   • Attachment theory is a psychological framework that makes sense of the ways in which you orient toward yourself and to the world (interpersonally). In theory, your attachment strategies as an adult may be determined by the way your caregivers (or important attachment figures) oriented toward you in early development. Attachment is adaptive and malleable. It can have a significant impact on our ability to be authentic with others, to go after our passions, to explore what’s most meaningful to us, to be willing to get our needs met in life, and to enjoy reciprocally meaningful relationships. I support clients in coming to understand the tenets of secure and non-secure attachment styles, so that they can move through the world with more awareness and skill. I also share ways to approach the healing of one’s attachment strategies to ultimately develop earned security and expand one’s capacity to explore what’s most meaningful to them.

  • Systems and workflows are the lifeblood of any sustainable endeavors. I provide my clients with effective, proven workflows, project management systems, my go-to platform/app recommendations, self-evaluation systems, and more (to support both personal and professional endeavors). I’m a Unified Mindfulness Certified Trainer + Coach, and my mission is to help you live your life and fulfill your mission resiliently and sustainably. It’s time to optimize your whole human system and holistically embody your purpose.

I am founder of The Mindful Nest, Co-Founder of Being Resilient, Editor-in-Chief of PersonalBrand.com, and co-founder of Recovery Dharma.

With over 15 years of mindfulness practice and deep knowledge across multiple psycho-spiritual frameworks including Unified Mindfulness, Attachment Theory and High Performance studies, I support people in elevating their lives holistically. My two main teachers are Shinzen Young (Founder of Unified Mindfulness), and George Haas (Founder of Mettagroup).

I hold a Masters degree in Critical Studies from USC School of Cinematic Arts, and now apply critical analysis, deconstruction and theory to the human inner system + consciousness (within my mindfulness-based life coaching approach).

I offer a unique fusion in my approach to the intersection of mindfulness and career. I have professional experience leading business and marketing efforts in major personal development and wellness brands over the last 10 years. I served as Managing Director for Brendon Burchard (NYT Best-selling author and High Performance Coach), as well as Creative Director for Jim Kwik (NYT Best-selling author and Memory Coach). My diverse background helps me effectively support professionals and creatives who are interested in elevating their productivity and impact, deepening their fulfillment, accessing their authenticity and skillfully navigating interpersonal dynamics - all while elevating their leadership skills and career growth.

I ground the application of mindfulness in the practical: my interest is in helping you train your attention and build emotional regulation skills that directly strengthen your role as a professional, innovator, family member, partner, creative, friend and human. My goal is to provide you with the psycho-education, space for clarity to arise, training for self-leadership, and tactical strategies to help you live from a place of secure attachment, compassion, love and skillfulness.

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is an awareness and a practice. The practice is comprised of techniques that anchor your attention in the present moment (which you can perform while sitting with your eyes closed or even while you’re going about the activities of your day). In practicing, you are cultivating concentration, sensory clarity and equanimity (the core attentional skills that elevate the quality of your focus, performance, capacity to connect, creativity and more). I support my clients with integrating mindfulness strategies into their daily life in ways that work for them and that support their specific goals, powered by the Unified Mindfulness system as well as an attachment-healing meditative approach. There’s many ways to practice mindfulness and leverage it for greater contentment and impact. I’ll help you identify what works best for YOU.

1:1 Coaching Sessions with Jess Lipman

As part of this package, you receive 3 hours of private one-on-one, individual coaching with Jess Lipman every month. This will provide a confidential, custom space for you to apply new strategies, tools, reflection and skills for your personal development and your mindfulness practice. (See package options below).

Each session will include:

  • Powerful questions to support your clarity development process

  • Targeted mindfulness and personal development strategies to support you with your goals

  • Guided relational mindfulness meditation in-session as well as post-session audio recordings.

Together we can create a mindfulness plan that helps you build resiliency in these key areas:

  • Develop Self-Leadership: In this coaching container, you’ll learn how to lead from your most intentional, skillful sense of self, while emotionally self-regulating using mindfulness, attachment repair and parts work approach. This is the path to resiliently exploring what’s most meaningful to you. You’ll learn mindfulness techniques to help you develop inner qualities that align with your life’s vision, which include courage, confidence, self-trust, worthiness, love, compassion, safety and security, and curiosity.

  • Develop Actionable Clarity: Identify your core values, what you stand for in the world, and embrace your authentic self. Across all areas of life (relationships, passions, career, physiology, spirituality), you’ll get clear on the specific actions, rituals, and habits you need in place each week to feel your BEST, to be yourself, and to serve + live at your highest level.

  • Interpersonal Dynamics: I’ll provide you with clarity development and strategies designed to support you in building securely attached relationships across career, romance, platonic relationships and family. I’ll also help you identify the boundaries that would preserve your energy and foster reciprocal, meaningful relationships that ultimately support your exploration.

If you’re looking for structure so that you can flow with your practice, you’ll LOVE this feature of the program. Based on your specific goals and challenges, I’ll provide you with a custom mindfulness blueprint to help you gain accelerated momentum and results, week over week.

I’ll advise the exact mindfulness strategies across formal and daily life practice for you to practice. I’ll also share the key factors to support you in building a consistent, robust, and deep practice. If you hit road blocks along the way, I’ll support you in staying the course or modifying your regimen.

In-Between Session Support

Life happens in-between sessions (and when life happens, these are great, potent moments to apply mindfulness techniques so that we can gain faster relief while building our skills of concentration, clarity and equanimity)! That’s why I love to offer in-between session support to you!

You will receive personal email and text support from me, as needed. This support will be provided within standard business hours of 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday – Friday PST.
