I'm a Mindful Business Coach and Unified Mindfulness Certified Trainer on a mission to help healing arts and mindfulness teachers + coaches end the burnout and make their impact sustainably with proven, soulful marketing strategies + mindfulness rituals that support unblocking and manifestation.
