How do we trust in our own body? There’s plenty of noise coming at us as we try to conceive or once we’re pregnant (science, statistics, monitoring, receiving results and news, and the opinions of others), and we can unknowingly take it on, internalizing these beliefs. Whether you’re doing IVF, IUI, Donor Sperm/Egg, Adoption, pregnant, and family planning, you’re not defective. You’re not broken. You’re perfect just as you are.
In this guided meditation, I’ll invite you to come home to the inner strength, intuition and knowing of your own truth, grounded in compassion, confidence, security and safety within. Trust in your body, and feed your body with the nutrients of love, encouragement, healing and hope.
As you do this, you’ll be able to orient toward your journey with more trust, hope, resilience and capacity. Anxiety and worry melts away when we can retrain the body mind system to take refuge in trust and be held by a greater protective light .You’ve got this.

Hi, I’m Jess Lipman, your Mindfulness Guide.
Like you, I too am on the fertility path, exploring ART with the hopes of starting a family with my partner, Julio.
With endometriosis, a septate uterus and a low ovarian reserve, it’s been a journey for me.
What I’ve found on this path is that nurturing my mental, emotional and spiritual health and keeping this at the center of my fertility journey is KEY to maintaining resilience, staying emotionally regulated and keeping the light of my vision alive. Hope is BLOOMING, thanks to mindfulness meditation.
I’m a Mindfulness Meditation Trainer and Coach, certified in the Unified Mindfulness system (originally conceptualized by Shinzen Young), with over 20 years of meditation experience.
I’m passionate about helping people embrace their authenticity with full clarity and courage, and bringing their vision to life without sacrificing their wellbeing. I offer a holistic approach, bringing together mindfulness meditation, parts work, meditative strategies for attachment repair, and EFT tapping.

I believe we are all creators, and that we each have the power to manifest our highest vision when we train our attention and heart strategically.
In support of this mission, I teach meditation to support authentic expression and manifestation, informed by psychology, epigenetics, and mindfulness meditation.
Not only that, I’ve been on my own attachment repair, addiction recovery, and healing journey for over 10 years. I know first-hand what it looks like to recreate your entire life, internally and in the material world.
Family planning is a creation / recreation process, one that is so very rooted in navigating the growth edge. This edge is where we step into a new chapter of life, claim a new vision and let go of what’s no longer serving us. Sometimes, old patterns, limiting beliefs and protective parts can step in to protect us from change, and so we meet them compassionately at this edge.
Today, I’m passionate about helping people navigate this time of creation - this initiation into parenthood - fully resourced, mindful, and inspired. May mindfulness meditation support you on your path. I see your courage, and I’m here shining a light for your vision.

Meditation-Centered
In this group, we practice mindfulness meditation for 15-30 minutes.
Secular Spirituality
This is not a religious space. Rather, we call upon the principles of mindfulness (derived from Buddhism) in an effort to gain relief from suffering, increase fulfillment, know yourself fully and cultivate connection.
A space for emotional regulation
I cannot give medical advice in this space. Rather, the focus of this space is to bring clarity to emotions and insights on the fertility journey, and to intentionally cultivate supportive inner resources.
Inclusive
All gender identities, race, ethnicity and walks of life are welcome in this space. If you are engaging ART and/or pregnant, this space is designed for you.
For those who are trying to conceive
If you are actively trying to conceive, or are working on family creation, I offer resources just for you.
What We Are Not
Mental Health Services
This is not a therapeutic program, or a substitute for therapy, but rather is a meditation space. While this is not therapy, mindfulness meditation is a great complement for mental health services.
Outcomes Not Guaranteed
Manifestation work does not guarantee specific outcomes, but is rather here to support your mind state, sense of empowerment, and emotional self-regulation.
