Be Spontaneous and Unapologetically Authentic
Develop your spontaneity muscle, so that you can tap more into your self-trust, courage, sense of play, and inner curiosity. We’ll practice mindfulness techniques to nurture your motor expression and elevate your spontaneity skills. In this session, we develop these attentional skills through the Express techniques, which include Auto Write, Auto Walk, Auto Think and Do Nothing (Auto Focus). So, you’ll be invited to get out of your seat, if you’re interested and able to! To get into motion. To get the words flowing onto paper. And to open with curiosity.
