Root into Safety and Security

On the fertility path, we can feel untethered, destabilized, fearful and caught in fight, flight, freeze. This is a normal response to the conditions before us! And, that truly necessitates the practices that help us regain stability, feeling safe and security on our own terms (beyond conditions). When we feel safe and security, our nervous system relaxes and we can then arise to the needs of this moment and engage with more presence and skill.

Not only that, establishing inner safety and security helps us explore new or unfamiliar terrain with more resilience, openness and freely.

Building a family is a form of exploration, and so we want to proactively build that inner safety to help us walk this path more grounded and in trust. We’ll practice mindfulness and EFT tapping together in support of establishing inner safety and security, offering you a resource to call upon anytime you need!
