In this 5-part series, my hope is to guide you through this time of transformation equipped with the mindfulness and mindset tools to support you in THRIVING (not just surviving).

Sign up for your free 1:1 Mindfulness Power Session!

As part of this training program, you are welcome to a free 1:1 Mindfulness Power Coaching Session with Jess Lipman, Unified Mindfulness L2 Coach. Here’s what’s in store in your session! This is a GREAT way to get support with specific challenges, goals and areas of your life that need targeted support and custom techniques (and this will give you a taste of the results you can get with my slate of strategies and approach!)

  • This is a 60 minute session with me, where I audit your meditation practice (and help you optimize it to meet your goals and needs!)

  • We'll dive into the #1 challenge you're facing in your life (across all domains including relationships, career, passions, self-identity, health)

  • We’ll dive into your main goal and intentions at this time. I’ll share the strategies and perspectives across mindfulness, mindset, and attachment theory to support you in achieving your goals.

  • I will also answer any questions you have about your practice and mindfulness, as well as provide coaching based on your mindfulness practice and life reports!
