MINDFULNESS FOR
INNER RESILIENCE

Virtual mindfulness meditation group
with Jess Lipman, Unified Mindfulness Lead Coach

I help entrepreneurs, impact makers and service providers build the inner resilience and courage to do anything unapologetically. A core tool kit I use to support them with living authentically and scaling sustainably is mindfulness.

I invite you practice mindfulness meditation virtually in a nourishing, empowering community space. I share science-backed meditation techniques that help people access deeper satisfaction, courage, confidence, relief from suffering and powerful insight.

Come home to your authentic life. Make your impact in the world, free and clear of resistance. Let’s do it together.

Topic

Mindfulness for Increasing Confidence + Courage

Do you sometimes get bogged down in resistance, avoidance, procrastination or challenging emotions as you go do meaningful work in the world?

In this session, we'll be practicing a Nurture Positive technique called See Hear Feel Good.

I’ll guide you in cultivating loving kindness, courage and compassion within the mind and body, and building sensory clarity and sensitivity to the positive.

Building inner resilience starts here, and is a great way to navigate those challenging emotions that inevitably arise as we explore.

I'll guide you in imagining inner empowering resources (thoughts, images, body sensations) designed to create a landscape positive feeling states - reassurance, felt support and attunement, ease, courage and joy.

Meet Jess Lipman.

Mindfulness Coach

I’m a Mindfulness Coach. I’m Founder of The Mindful Nest, Being Resilient and editor-in-chief of Personalbrand.com.

I help people build the courage and inner resilience to do anything unapologetically. My approach is holistic, weaving together mindfulness with attachment theory and high performance. My goal is to help you develop secure attachment and explore what’s most meaningful and authentic in your life (without stalling out, freezing up or turning away).

I’m a Unified Mindfulness Lead Coach with over 15 years of mindfulness meditation experience and over 7 years working on my own attachment healing.

Not only that, but for over 13 years, I’ve been working at the intersection of impact, personal development and digital marketing. I served as Managing Director for Brendon Burchard, the world’s leading High Performance Coach and NYT Bestselling author, as well as Creative Director for Jim Kwik, the world’s leading brain and memory coach and NYT Bestselling author. I’ve supported clients including Commune, Oprah Winfrey Network, Tony Horton and more.

meditate

Jess Lipman leads a live 20 minute guided meditation in the session to support you in experientially tasting the techniques and topics discussed. By meditating in a community space, you have the opportunity to deepen your practice, benefit from accountability, and glean support from the people you’re sharing the space with.

share + integrate

After practicing meditation in the community space, we have a supportive space for sharing and integration! During this time of the session, you’re welcome to share reports on what came up for you during the sit as well as report on how your practice is going overall. You’re also welcome to ask questions about the technique or meditation in general, and receive spot support from Jess Lipman during the session. Hearing about other people’s meditation experiences while processing your own experiences and raising questions is a powerful way to deepen your practice and access the road posts along the way on your path.

What people are saying…

“Since working with Jess, I stepped into a major role in building a company (something I never thought was possible) that now provides great work/life balance and true excitement. I’m more present in my relationships, and I beat myself up a lot less. I’m more willing to be an honest, authentic version of myself without obsessing about what people are going to think. Jess makes me feel powerful, calm, and loved and inspires me to shine. These days, I’m making choices based on new revelations brought up during our coaching sessions and reflection, instead of fear. I am more confident in who I am than I have ever been and have been using my voice and shining my light in the world. “

“Jessica helped me successfully navigate two job transitions with great results. I was at an impasse with a long time employer due to compensation and culture. I needed help to pull the trigger and make some changes. I am not typically a “self-help” enthusiast, but Jess’s method is grounded and logical, and ultimately fit my needs perfectly. She helped me realize my value and convinced me to take the risk with another employer. While, the new employer turned out not to be a good fit, she helped me identify it as the learning experience that it was and try again. She coached me through the tough conversations I would face and gave me the tools to believe in myself and negotiate for what I needed. She showed me that it’s all about focusing on what you can offer while staying true to your own needs. She was a great advocate. My next move resulted in a 30% more compensation, increased responsibility, upward mobility, and even company-paid grad school. I am very grateful for her coaching!”

“Jess's mindfulness and business coaching has been the biggest blessing for me in 2020. Beyond just teaching me the Unified Mindfulness System (which is awesome!), she genuinely cares about my personal and professional problems and how I can use mindfulness strategies to get me closer to my goals. I feel more clarity in my vision, confidence in my mental toughness, and confident on my journey. 100% recommend Jess to every dream chaser, entrepreneur, and big thinking out there trying to do big things. You're the best Jess!”

“Jess’ impact on my life has been immense. Before I met her, I was caught up in co-dependency, living in cyclical patterns and denying my own truth. Jess helped me to see all of this with deep compassion and patience. She held my hand as I struggled to break free of my patterning, and believed in and celebrated with me at every new step into freedom. I have a lot of respect for Jess’ knowledge and guidance. She approaches situations with kindness and wisdom and really makes you feel like she’s on your team. If you need a compassionate guide to transition you into a better, more aligned life - she’s the one you want.”

“Working with Jess both in virtual group meditations and one-on-one sessions has allowed me to finally commit to a regular meditation practice after years of trying to meditate. Our work together has allowed me to confront and clear my blocks around meditation. This may sound simple at first glance but it's actually quite profound - after years of avoiding certain thoughts and feelings I now feel comfortable sitting with it all. As someone with past trauma, the level of safety and curiosity I have been able to cultivate has been instrumental in my healing process. My work with Jess has allowed me to know myself better and I'm so grateful for it!

Furthermore, meditation no longer feels like a "should" but a "want" and I now look forward to my daily sit. I can’t speak highly enough of Unified Mindfulness (the system she works in) - it is approachable, dynamic and honestly quite fun!

If you find yourself with unhealed trauma, addiction issues, wanting to shift your attachment style, and/or hoping to get clearer on your goals and really commit to yourself, I highly recommend checking out Jess’s work and considering booking a one-on-one with her. I also find her weekly meditation groups to be deeply nourishing and a wonderful way to stay connected in this time of isolation.

I feel so grateful for Jess and the work she is doing in the world!”
